Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hey Glam purchases! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Intimate items and personal care products for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "final sale"

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If approved:

  • Original payment method refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Store credit refunds will be issued immediately
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return procedure
  2. Specify the item you'd like as a replacement
  3. Pay any price difference if applicable

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to get your glam essentials to you as soon as possible!

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • For cancellation requests, please email heyglamcare@gmail.com with your order number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
  3. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
