Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Hey Glam purchases! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items must be unopened, in original sealed packaging with all tags and security stickers intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items (unless defective)

All sale items, final sale items, cosmetics, accessories, intimates, personal care products, and customized orders.
- Intimate items and personal care products for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as "final sale"
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If approved:
- Original payment method refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Store credit refunds will be issued immediately
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Returns lacking packaging or deemed “used” will be rejected.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item make a request within 7 days.
- Follow the return procedure
- Specify the item you'd like as a Exchange
- Pay any price difference if applicable
- For exchange request if accepted. An item will be delivered as per our shipping policy
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get your glam essentials to you as soon as possible!
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- For cancellation requests, please email heyglamcare@gmail.com with your order number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 3-5 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include video of unboxing of the damaged product and packaging.

No refunds—replacements are sole remedy.
- We'll arrange an exchange. Exchange product will be delivered as per exchange policy.
