At Hey Glam, we want your beauty essentials to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship all orders from our warehouse in India to bring glamour right to your doorstep.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1-2 business days
  • Custom/Pre-Order Items: May require 3-5 additional business days
  • Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays

Please note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will begin processing the following business day

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with:

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship within India. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to:

  • International addresses
  • PO boxes
  • Army/Navy bases

Delivery Issues

If you experience any of the following:

  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Damaged packaging
  • Excessive delivery delays
  • Incorrect delivery address
